A collection order is how you ask someone else to record data for you. You list the tasks to record and how many hours of each you need, invite the people who will collect, and then accept or reject each recording that comes back. Everything delivered lands in your project like any other upload.
Create an order
Open Collection orders in the project sidebar and click Create collection order. Give the order a title, an optional description and a deadline, and start from a template or from scratch. Only project Owners and Editors can create or change orders. The order opens as a draft, so you can set it up in peace.
On the draft, fill in the tabs. Tasks holds each piece of work a collector records, with its start and end condition. Quotas sets the target hours per task, optionally per scene. Collectors invites people by email: a teammate is added to the order, and a new person gets a team invitation with the Collector role. Acceptance sets the blocking checks, the review sampling rate and whether to ask for a re-record after a rejection.
When everything looks right, click Open order. Opening locks the tasks, scenes, quotas and acceptance rules, so check them first.
Collect and deliver
A collector finds their tasks under My work in the sidebar. The task page shows the instruction and how much of the quota is left. They upload with Choose files from camera roll or storage, which starts right away, or copy the ready-made command with Copy CLI command. My submissions shows each delivery as it moves through Processing, Anonymizing, In review, and finally Accepted, Rejected or Re-record requested.
Review and track
Back on the order, the Review tab lists the sampled submissions waiting for a decision. Click Accept, or choose a reason and click Reject. Progress shows accepted hours per quota, each collector's acceptance rate and the most common rejection reasons, and Reports builds a CSV of accepted hours for a period.
