A personal access token (PAT) is your own credential for the CLI and anything you script for yourself. Create one in Settings, under Personal tokens: say what it's for, choose what it can do, and choose Create token. The token is shown once, and its permissions are fixed from then on. Tokens expire, and team admins can revoke them.

GET /v1/tokens/selfor runembodiflow tokens self. - The CLI can sign you in through the browser (
embodiflow auth login), or take a PAT with--pator--pat-stdin.
